North Attleboro, MA 10/20/2025 – A generous gift of $5,000 from Fleet Advantage, Kids Around the Corner Foundation was presented to Attleboro Enterprises, Inc. (AEI) today by Fleet Advantage, Senior Vice President, Bill Ten Eyck. This pacesetting gift comes as AEI kicks off their Capital Campaign for the Plainville Program Center.
The donation will be used to renovate the building at 300 South Street, Plainville. The Plainville project will replicate the program center in North Attleboro, applying the lessons learned from building and developing that facility to create a state-of-the-art facility. The Plainville Program Center will expand AEI’s capacity to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our community and afford an environment conducive to synergy in addressing individuals’ specific goals and needs, as well as the flexibility to grow and adapt to emerging trends.
“AEI has been quietly making connections in the Plainville community and testing the capacity for support of a capital campaign,” said Jerry Pilkington, CEO at AEI. “This generous donation not only provides support for our renovation project in Plainville but also sets the pace for our capital campaign.”
The donation comes at a crucial time for AEI, as they bring the innovative programs and superior services AEI has come to be known for to the Plainville community. This gift from Fleet Advantage will name AEI’s Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) office in the Plainville facility.
“Pre-ETS and the Kids Around the Corner Foundation are aligned in our missions to bring hope and lasting change to those we support,” said Elizabeth Gomez Director of Marketing and Community Outreach at Fleet Advantage, “We are proud to support AEI’s Pre-ETS program and their work assisting young people with disabilities as they build the skills needed to transition out of high school and into the adult world. We hope this gift will inspire others to give back to the community.”
