Director of Administration, Senior Leadership
In 1996, Debbi was hired as the Director of Human Resources to create AEI’s Human Resources department and to coordinate employee training requirements. In 2005, Debbi was promoted to Director of Administration and currently oversees the Human Resources and Payroll department and is responsible for policies and procedure management, workers’ compensation, and federal and state regulations reporting. She also serves as AEI’s Human Rights Coordinator and Corporate Compliance Officer.
Debbi completed her studies in Business Administration at Johnson & Wales University.
