Pre-ETS is a transitions program funded by MassAbility for students ages 14-22 years of age who are in high school, post-secondary education, or vocational training with a documented disability.

We work with students to help them identify their vocational goals, assess them for the workplace, and help them develop the skills they'll need to leave high school.

A lifetime of living with their disability has taught students what to expect at home and school. What happens when students go out into the world and begin working? Often, students are ill-prepared for the challenges that await them in the workplace. Our services are designed to help students gain the skills they need to transition out of high school and into the adult world.

As a MassAbility Transition Services provider, we strive to work with students at their pace to accomplish their goals. Classes are offered year round virtually and in-person throughout Southeastern Massachusetts.

We also work with community partners to place eligible students with paid work-based learning experience. Our internships help students put their work readiness knowledge to the test in a hands-on, real-world setting.
