Shelley Raposa

Director of Development, Senior Leadership


Shelley serves as the Director of Development of AEI and has been with the organization since 2009. She is responsible for building community connections and development. While coordinating AEI’s Transitions program, Shelley works with students from our local school districts and coordinates programs that connect students to the adult service system. Shelley is most passionate about helping young people with developmental disabilities grow into adulthood with the skills to keep themselves safe and be full, contributing members of their community.

Since 1996, Shelley has been in fundraising and development, and during that time, she has raised millions of dollars for a variety of non-profit organizations including the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth, Curry College, and the Hockomock Area YMCA. Shelley has served in numerous community groups and local non-profits, including most recently North Attleboro Industrial Park Association, Secretary (NAIPA), and the Self Sufficiency Coalition.
