Director of Day Programs, Senior Leadership
Traci serves as the Director of Day Programs for AEI and has been with the organization since 2019. She has administrative oversight of AEI’s four day programs including program referrals and admissions, service proposals, curriculum development, staff supervision, and quality assurance. She focuses on staff empowerment, immersive community activities, and innovative programs that enable individuals to maintain a high level of community engagement after leaving high school.
Prior to joining AEI, Traci spent fifteen years with another agency. She served as a case manager, program manager, and Director of Day Services overseeing Day Habilitation, Community Based Day Supports, and DDS/MRC Employment operations.
Traci is a Certified Business Negotiator and is Corporate Crisis Management Certified. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Science and Master of Science in Organizational Leadership.
